Open some file (for example tori500.swf), export scripts.

latest nightly. Win7x64

It seems that such behavior persist since v5 of FFDec...
I thinks that there was some changes for export to single file but it totally changed old
export (not to single file) because old export structure was exactly the same as scripts
looked in FFDec but now for me it has a very bad (chaotic) export structure.

This should be fixed,please try the latest nightly build.
