What do you see instead? cannot open the file, just got creating windows stuck and can't see other > What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? with version 5.0 i have the error, with the old 4.1.1 no.. what i can do ? > Please provide any additional information below. So you clicked Open from them menu and then selected the flashplayer.exe file?

yes, then got stuck.. reading swf file, at creating window stuck
