from cygwin window in win7, launch ./ffdec.sh

expect normal startup, see instead:

Oh and I know it was this because I opened in TextPad ffdec.sh and re-saved with UNIX
line-endings, and then it worked fine.
In the latest nightly build should be fixed (again:))
