Open e.g. the following file in JPEXS:

Expected to see ClipActions under scripts;
for example scripts->DefineSprite(3297)->Frame1 only shows DoAction. PlaceObject2
instances with associated ClipActions are not shown:
e.g. OnClipEvent(EnterFrame) instances are missing.

v4.0.5.
Everything is working fine in v3.0.0
OS: win7 64-bit.

This is happening to me too, in the newest nightly build
