Encoding problem in issue notification email.
E.g I received the following notification by email:
FileChooser.detailsViewActionLabel.textAndMnemonic = ???????
FileChooser.detailsViewButtonToolTip.textAndMnemonic = ???????
If it is not easy to fix it, then you can leave it. I understand if you dont want to fix
it:)
