> What steps will reproduce the problem? Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Other -> Use adobe flash player for preview of objects > What is the expected output? What do you see instead? In the past I was able to view sprites/shapes and preview the SWF within JPEXS but now it shows the preview for less than a second before blocking it and stating "Adobe Flash Player" "The current version is no longer supported, please update to the latest Flash Center version." > What version of the product are you using? Is it "nightly build"? Which operating system do you have? v.18.5.0 with Windows 10 > Please provide any additional information below. If the problem is related to a SWF file, attach it here, otherwise we can't help you. There is no "latest Flash Center version" so I don't know how to get around this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Adobe Flash reached EOL (End Of Life) by the end of 2020, since that, Adobe and even Microsoft did many things to disable Adobe Flash Player ActiveX installation in the Windows OS. I don't know what's the current way to properly enable it back (even older version) in Windows 10. I recommend using some older OS like Windows (XP?) in a Virtual machine, where installing the ActiveX is not a problem. In FFDec, a preferred way is to use our bundled renderer (= not using the setting you mentioned) and/or use the Run button with flash projector. Maybe other users can suggest a way to get the ActiveX running...

I have instructions for installing the ActiveX Flash Player here: https://nosamu.medium.com/how-to-reactivate-flash-based-games-and-screensavers-on-windows- 10-or-8-1-f9b0218a332c I'd recommend uninstalling whatever Flash Player version you already have first, then following the instructions in that article.
