#1990 Cloning/pasting Sprites not working

Cloning or copy/pasting any DefineSprite, saving the swf then reloading it in ffdec.
> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The cloned or pasted DefineSprite contain the exact same contents of the original
DefineSprite.
Instead the contents of the DefineSprite include a variance of incorrect tags and often
incorrect amount of frames. It mainly consists of Unknown or Error tags.
> What version of the product are you using? Is it "nightly build"? Which operating system
do you have?
I am using ffdec version 18.3.6 with the Windows 10 operating system. I am not using a
nightly build.

This also occurs on every other swf I edit
This should be fixed in nightly 2509.
