#1902 FLA export does not include some shape fill styles

1. Open each of the attached SWF files in FFDEC
2. Export each SWF to FLA or XFL (exact setting does not matter)
3. Open each FLA or XFL project in Adobe Flash CS/CC or Animate.

I expect that the hand graphics will be exported correctly, so that they look the same as
they did in the SWF.
The hand1 FLA is, in fact, exported correctly.
But the hand2 FLA is exported incorrectly, as shown in the attached screenshots. Part of
the shape is transparent, even though it should have a fill style similar to the hand1
graphic.

FFDEC version: 17.0.4 (stable)
