It would be really useful to be able to copy tags to the clipboard and paste them into
other frames which are in the same file. Right now there is no way to move tags into other
frames, so having a copy + paste ability would be great. It is very time consuming to
remake tags, especially PlaceObject2 or 3, just to move them into different frames.
I added this in nightly 2146.
