Tested with earlier version and still same issues
Update: The Box appears if enabled with flash players without JPEX but with JPEX it is not
there

Video tags cannot be played in internal flash viewer. Sice version 14.4.0, you can display
video in external player.

Good news!
In nightly 2306,
you can properly display frames with video and DefineVideoStream tag right in the FFDec.
Only thing you need is VLC media player installed.
