I don't know whether it's still related as flash is gone, but here's my reaction:
I don't understand. Which English text?
This SWF file contains only two DefineText2 tags, which contain only Chinese characters +
some unicode points emoji-like. There's no english.
I can Ctrl+C whole text and paste it elsewhere.
