When saving an Actionscript, all the comments are cleared. However, comments in p-code using ;(text) are saved as intended. Using //(text) or /*(text)*/ makes a comment in Actionscript comment, yet they are thrown out upon saving.

P-Code comments are not saved too, but they might be cached while the SWF file is still open. When you close FFDec and reopen, they will be lost too. There is no way to store comments in the SWF file, sorry. (And we won't invent any workaround to fix it, just take it as it is.)
